The feel of the lure is transmitted better and you can react faster. The precise and powerful Tough Digigear gearing ensures high retrieving power and long-lasting, silky-smooth, quiet running. The new Airdrive bail is lighter than before, extremely durable, and in combination with the new bail arm, there are significantly fewer tangles during casting. If the line gets tangled on the bail arm, it simply slides over the arm into the line roller by turning the crank, and you don't have to intervene. The ATD Type-L drag releases the line under load without excessive initial drag, ensuring a high level of reliability even when fighting a big fish. The aluminum Longcast ABS spool features an optimized casting edge, which reduces friction and increases casting distances. The Twistbuster III design on the line roller ensures that braided line, in particular, is not flattened during spooling, creating less twist.
